Security System monitoring is simple.

When you have an Alarm, your security system communicates out to the Central Station and an operator gets the notification.

Once received the Operator then Begins to call the Customer's 2 Main phone numbers.

If no one answers, the operator dispatches the authorities.

At that point the operator begins calling the customer's contact sheet in order to notify someone of the alarm.
